"Service First - Great Rooms - Felt Like Home"

Hipster hotel, without the hipster attitude. Excellent staff with an exceptional focus on service. The service had a personal touch that made the stay feel like we were amongst friends. I'd highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a reasonable central location with a uniquely Texas brand of luxury. A special thanks to Jacob at the front desk and Mario at Group Therapy (the bar/restaurant).

"Favorite hotel"

"Great hotel"

We booked this hotel for ACL and loved it. The rooms were good, pretty spacious, the hotel had a nice ambience, but the highlights were the amenities. Their "magic carpet ride" which is an on-demand SUV that will pick you up or drop you off anywhere in a 3 mile radius has to be one of the best perks I've seen at a hotel. It was very convenient to use to get to and from ACL and was much nicer than an Uber. They also frequently had miscellaneous treats in the lobby like freshly baked cookies, free margaritas, etc. I think the margaritas were because it was ACL weekend, but I appreciated the thoughtfulness of the hotel to organize special treats for the occasion.

"Excellent location and vibe."

Excellent staff (especially the very friendly valet boys). Nice to have the shuttles which were key to our ACL weekend. Big rooms and very comfortable beds and nice linens. Cool vibe.

Please please change the bathroom lighting—it is awful! Also our room faced into another wing of rooms and so had very little light and no view.

"THE BEST ZAZA!"

We have been fortunate enough to stay at all the ZaZa’s in our great state of Texas and all are impeccable and you cannot go wrong with ANY of the locations… with that said… the Austin location has become our favorite. Great downtown location, easy walking to all the downtown restaurants and lounges Austin is known for. Personal attention by the staff including the hands on attention by the manager Cole Harbaugh was special, and sets the tone for the superb service ZaZa. As a lifetime Titanium member at Marriott I am accustomed to great service, but ZaZa is now our go to spot in Austin.
