Hotel ZaZa Austin

Great staff

This is a pretty hotel. Pool is small and only useful in warm weather. Loud on weekends. We had a wedding underneath our room until 1am. Hotel staff is nice but not trained for hotel work. If you can stay at another hotel for $200 less in Austin, I would not waste my $$ here.

My wife and I just returned from the Hotel ZaZa and we had a wonderful time, starting with check in. My wife mentioned that we were celebrating our 35th anniversary and we were upgraded to a suite. The rest of the staff was equally as nice during our stay. They provided great restaurant recommendations and suggestions for where to go. The downtown location is near everything and the rooftop pool was very welcoming after spending the day in the hot Texas sun. The hotel also provides complimentary car service to local spots.

Absolutely incredible hotel. Great location, exceptional service, huge room with impeccable decor. The hotel has a great rooftop pool and bar for sundowners.

If I could write two reviews I would! The hotel is EXCELLENT! We stayed in late July for our anniversary and stayed again last weekend and both times have been excellent. We were checked in by Aaliyah who is fantastic. She was able to secure an upgrade for us and was super sweet and accommodating. We also received a glass of rosé at check in, which was a nice surprise. The hotel itself is great. We try to stay away from big chains when we can and this hotel has all the perks. They do free coffee on every floor by the elevator in the morning, so we were able to roll out of bed and get a coffee without leaving the floor. They also have a shuttle that takes you anywhere within a couple miles, which meant no Ubers required. We will be back for sure. Thank you!!

Adorable spot! My boyfriend and I just stayed here last month when we were visiting Austin and decided to stay again while in town this month because we enjoyed it so much. Excellent staff service. This time Aaliyah has been very sweet and helpful for us. The ambiance is lovely: if you come on a Friday or Saturday they have sweet treats and drinks in the lobby, there’s coffee daily set out near all the elevators, welcome rosé if you’re lucky, and the hotel restaurant and pool are all chic and kept clean. I’m a huge fan of their restaurant; their food is great quality and probably one of the best burgers I’ve had in Austin. This is our new go-to hotel when we are in town!
