I plan an event here every September, everyone has been amazing to work with. Kate is amazing at planning events, she is so kind and so helpful! Cole at the front desk is the absolute best! And Blanca made sure our entire event had everything it needed and helped us throughout the whole weekend! So appreciative of this amazing team! Hotel Zaza in Austin is truly the best

Beautiful properly, clean, beautiful rooms. The pool was so much fun and so close to everything. Excellent service in the Turn town service was very nice. Would love to stay here again.

The hotel is centrally located and you can't beat that! We booked a junior suit and were really surprised about the layout -- for such a large room, it was quite bare. not a ton of furniture and there was one armoire for clothes but no other closets. the bathroom has lights right over the sink and pin lights right above a mirror are a really bad combo! you can hardly see yourself. housekeeping was a little hit or miss - various products weren't refilled but we did get a ton of towels and that was much appreciated! it was a very spacious room and comfortable, but the design was a little strange. the pool area and restaurant / bar on 7 was great -- the staff was super lovely, the pool was nice, and there was a ton of seating around the pool area to do a little work or sit with a cocktail. outside of these few things, i enjoyed the stay and would come back.
