Hotel Playa Espadilla y Gardens

Staff was super friendly. Eddie was great and took the time to talk to us and share stories and it helped us learn more about Costa Rica. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel property and pool were both really nice. The pics online do not do it justice. We enjoyed our time lounging at the pool or the cabanas. The National Park was a 5 minute walk one way and another way it was 5 minutes to the beach. Lots of stores and restaurants are close by. Great, walkable area. The breakfast buffet was really nice each morning. Lots of options. I highly recommend this hotel.

The grounds and easy access to Manuel Antonio were both amazing!

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. We got a room with high sealing, it had a lot of space and light. Bathroom cosmetics was very pleasant too and smelled very good :) we also liked spending evenings in the pool area, where was a happy hour for cocktails from 4 till 7 pm when you can get all the cocktails at the half price (4$ instead of 8$)

Nice Hotel with close proximity to Manuel Antonio Park ,and our No 1 choice though San Bada Hotel was there which was overpriced ,actually all hotels in Costa Rica are overpriced ,but is a nice property ,only thing this room lacked was a cupboard or closet to hang our stuff which was quite inconvenient leaving our stuff in our suitcases and on the bed ,which house cleaning staff had to move our clothes while making the room ,otherwise its a wonderful place , super sumptuous breakfast which the family loved and I highly recommend this hotel to guests wanting to visit Manuel Antonio National Park ,which you can see the beauty and biodiversity that our planet has and kudos to the Costa Rican government which spends to maintain this natural beauty.

This hotel is wonderful! Great service from reception to the restaurant. Location is perfect for the beach and close proximity to Manuel Antonio NP. We stayed for 3 days and loved it! The restaurant staff even sang happy birthday to me (via request from my hubby).

Loved the trials through the reserve, the swimming pool and gardens. Very convenient for beach too. Staff friendly and helpful.

One of my favorite hotels now, the experience was great, location is very convenient and the food/restaurant is amazing.
