Cocotal Inn and Cabanas

Very nice, roomy, very clean w daily House keeping. Quiet. Clean pool. Nice, mature landscaping. Not far from downtown and relatively close to the “secret beach” by golf cart. Steps away from a couple good restaurants. Very happy with our week long stay.

This place is north of the town, which was perfect, since having to drive over all the potholes in the hectic traffic in town was not for me. The grounds were very pretty and well maintained, the staff was great.

The property is located away from the bustle of downtown San Pedro. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with palms, hibiscus, ferns, and other tropical plants, creating a secluded feeling while on the property. The dock has a nice rest area with hammocks and benches. There are lounge chairs on the beach. Water is crystal clear. We stayed in the main building with a small porch with a partial sea view. The large living area consisted of a complete kitchen, dining area, and living area with cable TV. The bathroom had a nice large shower. The bedroom had ample storage for clothes and a safe. The staff are great. Laid back and very attentive. They made all the arrangements for our excursions while on the island. If we go back to Belize we would definitely stay there again.
