poor kitchen facility, zinc is stained, not enough crockery

We just took photos around the pool. It is centrally located around the complex and has a really nice area to relax. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the windows and braai area need some attention and the blinds are not easy to pull up and down. The staff is not very knowledgeable but willing to assist.

I liked the location and warm bed

Where do I start. The owner or host is vile. I booked 1 room which means 1 unit that accommodation 8 adults and 2 kids . She accepted the booking then proceeded to give us to units . On my booking I had been told about R2000 key deposit then a day before she says R4000 and if I dont pay it I will not received the keys. She was ready to cancel my booking 24 hours before checkin this is after she dropped the phone on me multiple times. When we arrived the helper was doing ironing for another unit in the unit we were in. She hung around coming in and out as if to count us. We just let her be and got comfortable. We took videos of the whole unit and found that the curtain rail was broken and the lap and i think theybdidnt tell us on purpose so they can take from the key deposit , the TV has no dstv , we had to use our own login details for Netflix to actually watch anything. I cannot explain how rude that owner is...I have never ever come across such an ill mannered host in my life. She needs to let someone else deal with guests. 1 thing she won't do is show face she will only be rude on the phone or app then send the helper to come knock at odd ours. We had to ask for toilet paper ...imagine . I read reviews prior and decided to give her the benefit of the doubt....oh I shouldn't have I should have believed what everyone had to say.

beautiful apartment, but no cleaning service during our stay, WE could not cook in the kitchen or leave food stuff on the counters, due to roaches all over the kitchen inside and out. on our 1st night un-be known to us , we left out goodies on the counter and retired for the night only to find roaches in the food packets . I did bring it the host's attention tho.
