Ocean Coral Spring - All Inclusive

The staff are very polite and very pleasant. They are very helpful. The gardens are beautifully maintained. There's a variety of restaurants to choose from. There is no additional charge for room service. There's plenty of pool and beach lounge, so there's no need to hug lounge chairs by putting towels on it from 4a.m.. The jerk hut and a bar are close to the beach. The staff is always smiling. They really made my stay memorable ❤️

I didn't like the location. It felt detached from everywhere. It's far from the town, which makes exploring the real Jamaica quite difficult. If you want some real authentic jerk chicken or some KFC, it's difficult. There wasn't a welcome information that tells you of the facility or of the services the resort provides. They have a dedicated TV channel that tells you about the different restaurants at the resort. This could be improved to include information about the facilities such as the gym, sauna, and timetable of shows/entertainments. The coconut water is not part of the all inclusive nor is the virtual reality room

Food was great I enjoyed it all the staff members were really kind and happy to assist with anything I needed.

The resort, the rooms big and airey,nicely decorated, liked the layout of the resort,accommodation one side and restaurants on the other side,liked that it had a bowling area,Showtime area too

The resort did not have a lot of shade,so you are open yo the elements. Staff not all were very unfriendly, seemed unhappy to be there

I stayed at Ocean Coral Spring to celebrate my birthday, and overall, my experience was excellent from arrival to departure. The staff was courteous, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. The resort itself was beautiful, with modern and well-maintained amenities. My room was spacious, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the property and the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, the resort provided a wonderful experience and made my birthday celebration memorable.

The only area that could use improvement is the variety of food offered in the main buffet restaurant. While the food was good, I would have liked to see more options and greater variety. Additionally, room service was a bit slow. Although a delivery timeframe was provided, my orders arrived well after the estimated time on a few occasions. However, I understand that the resort can be busy, so this was not a major issue.

beautiful ,stunning hotel..lovely layout..beautiful palm trees and flowers..kind,friendly staff..music everywhere is a great added touch..complimentary drinks as you enter for check in is awesome ;love arm bands instead of access cards;truly an excellent ambiance

Customer was very poor, my bathroom was dirty and there was no shower gel in the bathroom i had to use shampoo

The pools were nice the bars were great the food was good for the most part. The staff was great the guys at the front that showed me my room was great.

When I first arrived I came at 3 but wasn't about to check in til 45mins later then when I got to my room which was great my tv didn't work I spoke to front desk the told me someone would be up to address it but no one came until I called the next day but I waited in the room for few hrs and no one came until the next day.

Big shout to the front desk team check in was smooth they gave me an upgraded room also. Pool bar was lit enjoy every moment there. Shout out to the housekeeping team also they kept my room clean and refreshed.
