Ambience, food and the entertainment

The check in process and time is just too long. It shouldn’t take over 30 minutes to check in especially since some guests are traveling internationally and sometimes for more than a day to get to the hotel! Check I should be quick and smooth. Also, the beach sucked!

The staff are very polite and very pleasant. They are very helpful. The gardens are beautifully maintained. There's a variety of restaurants to choose from. There is no additional charge for room service. There's plenty of pool and beach lounge, so there's no need to hug lounge chairs by putting towels on it from 4a.m.. The jerk hut and a bar are close to the beach. The staff is always smiling. They really made my stay memorable ❤️

I didn't like the location. It felt detached from everywhere. It's far from the town, which makes exploring the real Jamaica quite difficult. If you want some real authentic jerk chicken or some KFC, it's difficult. There wasn't a welcome information that tells you of the facility or of the services the resort provides. They have a dedicated TV channel that tells you about the different restaurants at the resort. This could be improved to include information about the facilities such as the gym, sauna, and timetable of shows/entertainments. The coconut water is not part of the all inclusive nor is the virtual reality room
