The food was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I will be coming back !

Kids club should take care of them all day, I had a one year old and two 7 year old and I had to collect the 7 year old at 11:45. Then they reopen at 2.

From the entrance to the room was exceptional. The front desk agent(was a dark skinned short guy, I don’t remember his name), he was very friendly. He made every details clear that we needed to know. The fragrance when we entered was very refreshing. All the restaurants that we went to were great. Exceptional. Oh, I got engaged on my final night there. Thanks to the entertainment young man who assisted my fiancé. I am not good with names. I definitely remember KEPROL!!!! My bad bad mixologist. Guyssssssss ask for KEPROL whenever you go by the pool bar. He made my drink the whole stay. Big up keprol!

I hated the fact that we went for bowling and was told we had to brought our own socks and when we looked around persons were there without a socks. That was bias and very much disappointing

Hotel is modern, clean, fun, warm and welcoming. Couldn't ask for more, love the fact it had a bowling alley as well.

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't find a single available lounge chair the entire time I was there... they always have towels on them and nobody on them... makes me wonder if people were actually using these chairs.

There were a few staff members that tried to help make our stay enjoyable. The first staff member was Sashanell a bar tender at the pool. She was always accommodating and tried to make our experience more enjoyable. Omar was another bar tender who made delicious drinks and was very pleasant. Courtney the bellman made sure we got to our room and explained the property amenities to us.

Let’s start with the check in process. This process was very chaotic. We got to the resort around 1:30pm and there were no rooms ready. We did not get a not a room until about 4pm. There had been people waiting since 9am to get a room. The whole resort seemed to be short staffed and no one seemed to be in a hurry to help make this process smooth. We get to the room finally and it was filthy. We go to the front to speak to the guest services manager Andre to try and get the room rectified. He keeps telling us that we are in an upgraded room and he will have the room deep cleaned. No extra perks were offered and now they can’t clean the room until after 7pm. With all the back and forward with Andre we now have wasted an entire day. We go back to the room and it seemed that they had cleaned but it was not deep cleaned. I messenger Andre and he states that they would up grade the room the next day. They decide to put us in a swim up but we did not get the room situation taken care of until around 3pm the next day. They were reluctant to compensate us for our time wasted on the first day and half the second day. After more than an hour of negotiations they decided to allow my party to use the hydro spa and made reservations for us at the steakhouse (which was not good). We witnessed several arguments amongst the staff in the gift shop and buffet restaurant. We did not book privilege and no where on the resorts advertising does it state that without privilege you would not have premium spirits or wait staff at the pool. I have stayed in several resorts and premium spirits and wait staff in common areas like the beach and pool are standard. The hotel did fix the room problem but it literally took 2 days from our trip.

Food was good, staff fantastic and amenities were excellent.
