The room and the facilities. The pool was also very nice. Big up to Danaisha (Manager on Duty) and Phillip Alexander (Area Manager) who were extremely facilitating in helping to recover from a poor experience I had at check in on Sunday, May 10, 2026.

Quite a bit of the staff were not guest friendly...they seemed unhappy.

The Disco room was the highlight.

We arrived at 2:30 PM and were checked in by 3:00 PM, but unfortunately didn’t receive our room until 5:00 PM after a lot of back and forth. We eventually received a brief verbal apology, but the overall handling of the situation was disappointing. To be honest, the property itself was quite boring, with the DISCO room being the only highlight of the night. At checkout, we genuinely expected some form of complimentary extended time due to the delay on their end, but that was not offered. After I even asked the room attendants for a little extra time, the AC in our room was turned off while we were getting ready to check out, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Overall, it also felt like there was very little care or appreciation shown toward local guests. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would definitely not recommend this property.
