Ocean Coral Spring - All Inclusive

Der service war toll, jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter war freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war toll. Alles ist ist super sauber und die Zimmer sind schön und groß. Mein lieblings Hotel in Jamica, ich buche auf jeden Fall nochmal.

I like the variety in swim areas and the water slides, the number of restaurants and the bowling. Entertainment was great; something for everyone

I didnt like feeling rushed to leave the property at check out. The young lady who checked me out was not pleasant

The room was big and very comfortable with good air con. The facilities in the resort were very good. The buffet food was varied and plentiful. The variety of restaurants was great. The pool was really big. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The coffee place was good. There was entertainment every night.

The pool was not a relaxing place as they played very loud music throughout most of the day. There was limited sunbeds that had the shade for sun protection with some people reserving some before they went to breakfast. The beach area was most disappointing as it was very shallow water for swimming in and there was a rope preventing further access to the sea. The staff at the beach expected a tip every time they provided a cool drink. IThere was a better beach in the adult only sister hotel but guests from the ocean coral were not allowed to swim there. did not realise that if you were staying at one hotel that you could not access the beach there and also you had to make a reservation to eat in any of the restaurants on that Eden side. One evening, I met up with 4 work colleagues and we went to a restaurant on the Ocean Eden side and the receptionist in the restaurant said I could not be there as did not have a reservation. My colleagues were all staying at the Ocean Eden so they could be allowed in but not me. We decided to go elsewhere.
