The Inn at Middleton Place

Beautiful grounds and very accommodating staff!

Our WiFi was sketchy and some of the shutters were broken.

Breakfast was fantastic! Wouldn't change a thing about it

The literal ONLY thing I would change is the pillows! They went so flat as soon as you lay your head down. Everything else was great!

Great Restaurant

Amazing location in such a beautiful part of South Carolina. We could spend time at Middleton Place walking in the fabulous gardens and sitting by the river outside our accommodation.

Peaceful surroundings. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr ansprechend und das Restaurant kann ich nur empfehlen. Es ist wirklich Natur pur und eine Ruhe den Urlaub verspricht und hält.

Wer meine Bewertungen liest, weiß das ich hart aber fair bewerte. Das Frühstück hat nicht meine Erwartungen erfüllt, es war kein Amerikanisches Frühstück, sondern eher eine Mischung aus EU und US. Das hatte ich so nicht erwartet. Kein Tresor auf dem Zimmer, sowas geht heute wohl gar nicht mehr.

The property is large and beautiful.

It was our anniversary, and we stayed here. We weren’t really greeted or congratulated, but that wasn’t a big issue. When we arrived, housekeeping seemed to still be working, and there were bags of trash along the road. In our room, the bathroom was very dirty. The toilet was extremely unclean, and there was even used toilet paper left from previous guests. There were no tissues or basic toiletries like shampoo or shower gel. After a long journey, we were too tired to deal with it and ended up cleaning it ourselves. Our first impression was disappointing. The territory itself is beautiful, but not well maintained.
