Lovely guesthouse with beautiful rooms convenient for walking to central St Ives and all its beaches. The breakfast selection available was fantastic and the homemade marmalade and scrambled eggs were to die for!

Close to train station, great breakfasts, friendly, and helpful hosts, good bed and nice furnishings.

The only reason it doesn’t have a 10 is that booking .com indicated it was a sea view. However it was a peekaboo view from the corner at best.

The breakfast was perfect for us both every morning. Very warm and friendly welcome, both Justin and Julie are very knowledgeable with respect to St. Ives, surround area and Cornwall in general. Quite clearly had travelled and experienced the area and were able to advise everything you would need to know about the place you intended to visit that day.

There was nothing to dislike
