if I had to choose it would be that its on a bit of a hill? but it worked out well after eating massive dinners

Julie and Justin were very welcoming , the property is a short walk to st. Ives ,which was nice so could leave the car at the property , the breakfast was very good couldn’t,fault it , even had a sea view which is always nice

There was nothing we disliked about the property

Julie and Justin were exceptional hosts! The accommodation was spotless and the attention to detail, especially at breakfast was outstanding. If you’re visiting St Ives, I highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed by their warm hospitality and welcoming atmosphere.

"Nice and cozy"

Lovely and homey bed & breakfast, we stayed over Easter and Julie & Justin were amazing hosts who make their bed and breakfast feel like we were right at home. Julie makes an amazing breakfast with plenty of choices and Justin made sure to recommend all the great places around. They both run an amazing b&b, everything was very clean and the location is great to spend a few days in St. Ives.

Everything was amazing.
