Kyma Suites - adult only accommodation

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Untergebracht waren wir in der Suite über der Rezeption mit 2 Balkonen, von denen man den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Das Badezimmer und die Dusche sind schön geräumig. Das Bad verfügt sowohl über ein Fenster als auch über eine Lüftung. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist gut und das Wasser wird auch schnell warm. Die Handtücher werden (leider) bei jeder Reinigung gewechselt. Es gibt genügend Schränke und Stauraum. Die Möbel sind insgesamt hochwertig und robust. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und rutscht bzw. quietscht oder knarrt kein bisschen. Die Küchenzeile ist mit zwei Herdplatten, einem kleinen Kühlschrank, einer Kaffeemaschine (inkl. Kapseln), einem Wasserkocher und entsprechenden Töpfen, Geschirr und Besteck ausgestattet. Eine Schere sowie ein Flaschen- bzw. Dosenöffner wären hilfreich. Im Kühlschrank stand eine Flasche Wasser bereit. Auf den Balkonen gibt es einen kleinen Wäscheständer und einen Holztisch mit 4 robusten Holzstühlen. Hier wären ein paar Sitzkissen ganz schön. Das WLAN funktioniert sehr gut. Die Sauberkeit war während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht zu beanstanden. Die Suite verfügt außerdem über einen Safe, einen großen TV (mit ein paar deutschen Programmen) und eine Klimaanlage (die wir aber nicht im Gebrauch hatten). Die Schiebetüren sind mit Fliegengittern versehen. In der Nähe gibt es einen Mini-Markt, eine Bar und Tavernen. In den Ort läuft man ca. 30 Minuten.

Stunning private accommodation, amazing to be so close to the sea front hearing the waves every night. Good pool, good breakfast, great staff. Nice rooms. Nothing to dislike. Would recommend a car if you’re looking to also explore other areas of the island. Good few tavernas close by to eat at.

The sunbeds weren't the best, probably the only downside.

Sunbeds not too comfortable

We had a great time in Kyma Suites. This is a perfect place if you are looking for lovely, quiet, relaxing holidays. Kyme Suites is a new, modern building with sufficient parking space. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are great. We had a room on the ground floor with a terrace, from there the pool is 10 meters and the beach about 30 meters. The breakfast was very nice, with Greek-style food. They also have gluten-free bread and pastry as well as almond milk on demand. There are at least four tavernas in the immediate walking distance, and the Kyma Suites has a bar. The staff was friendly and helpful; they organized our transfer from and to the airport and booked us a boat trip. We enjoyed our stay in Kyma Suites and would gladly return anytime. However, if you plan a holiday there, do not forget the mosquito repellent (the stronger the better); you will definitely need it after the sun goes down.

There is not much to criticize. The rooms do not have a bottle opener and a corkscrew. It would be nice if there were a possibility to borrow fins or a snorkeling set.

This is our second time staying here and we always have a great time. The hotel is beautiful and modern with a big infinity pool, bar and is beach front. The rooms are really big and modern with a small kitchen area and all have a balcony overlooking the ocean. Its a very small hotel so is really quiet and don't need to worry about getting a spot around the pool. There is a beautiful fresh breakfast and then the bar is open for drinks and snacks until 11pm. The receptionist/bartender was lovely and super helpful!

The mosquitoes were quite crazy on this side of the island but the hotel has screens in all the windows so thankfully they never got into the room. Would be nice if there were beach sun loungers and umbrellas already set up on the beach - there were sun loungers stacked by the beach entrance you could bring out but it would be nice to have umbrellas as well. The sun loungers around the pool look beautiful but aren't the most comfortable.
