Kyma Suites - adult only accommodation

Location, sea to swim in right in front of accommodation. Very accommodating with helping us to get to and from the bus on arrival and departure. Good with communication before and during stay when sending a message via booking.com. Breakfast was nice and good to have prepared eggs to your choice.

We felt the cleaning was not done as well as it could have been. Not enough attention to detail. Only one person cleaning all the rooms. Cleaning was not well done and seemed rushed and strained on the workload of the staff. We stayed in the room closest to the sea and the outside area was dusty, no cushions on the chairs and lots of spider webs. This area was not a place we wanted to sit and enjoy. It was the most expensive room at the accommodation at the hotel the round house however we felt that it was not well maintained in terms of the interior of the suite and that in comparison with the rest of the resort it was a little too rustic and not worth the price. We did not find all the staff warm and welcoming and always approachable when asking for things like clean beach towels and this was seen as an inconvenience. Breakfast was till 11am and if you came from 10;30 onwards you were made to feel late.

Everyone was really friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety and was so delicious, there were freshly made cakes and pastries on offer everyday. The entire place was super clean and as it was located in the north of the island we got to see the sunset every night. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The location, staff were great. Rooms were also big enough and well-decorated. We had a great visit at Kyma Suites!

The cleaning of the swimming pool could have been finished earlier during the day so that we could swim early morning. It was going on until around 10:30-11:00 each day. Prevalence of mosquitos is only complaint of mine related to Corfu. Kyma Suites can also provide free mosquito sprays or mosquito control equipment to their customers.

Le mobilier des chambres est moderne et agréable. La vue est splendide avec un accès direct sur la plage. Le jardin de l’hôtel est magnifique et très bien entretenu. Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et à l’écoute. La piscine est vraiment belle. Nous sommes arrivés de nuit et on a été enchanté par les éclairages dans le jardin. C’est un havre de paix très reposant et calme.

location - we liked how it is a little out of the village to avoid main crowds and noise but also there are a few tavernas nearby. but the area is very quiet. the rooms and hotel area were stunning, extremely well kept and clean. very modern the staff are very friendly and helpful especially Charlotte and Rhanya the breakfast is delicious and cooked to your standard, on your request. the hotel BBQ is a fun, enjoyable night with traditional Greek food and dancing. it was a fun surprise!
