Everything is awesome from the host to the place itself. Well situated too.

We loved the location. The "old town" vibe is lovely, some gorgeous period houses and great to walk around. The church and village is lit up at night and our room (Cappucino) looked out on to the spire. Several little restaurants very close and the AG cafe is excellent (and just downstairs). Parking is easy. We enjoyed the LaPrairie market, so much fresh produce at incredible prices. Recommend this gem, it is perfect for a weekend away from the city.

Stair alert for anyone who has trouble climbing. We were fine with it but worth knowing in advance.

The area. Cafe downstairs. The apartment looks good. Good dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Good kitchen.

The door to the bathroom couldn't be closed, very annoying. Long stairs to the room, so hard to bring the stuff there. Impossible for elders. High volume parties close to the building till 01AM. Very weak door to the room, totally not filling safe.

Lots of space and boardgames, with awesome facilities, in a beautiful town, with easy access to the city. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment was tidy, clean and nicely decorated and designed. The neighborhood is beautiful.

1- no english speakers. All the time, starting from the correspondence with the owners before the arrival and then all the instructions inside the apartment - all in frech. If you are not French-speaking, don't come!!! 2- the wifi isn't strong enough and won't cover the entire flat. In the back part of our place ("Latte") there wasn't good signal. 3- they publish at Booking.com 75 pics. Not even one of the stairs that lead to the flat. Not suitable for passengers with big luggage.

Quite a nice space with the bedroom and private living room with LOTS of games for children (and grown-up). Very practical kitchen (with dishwasher !) and lovely terrace, to share with other guests (happily no one wanted to use anything at the same time as us otherwise it would have been a bit crowed.) Nice signs all over indicating the rules but in a nice way - well done !! About 20 minutes drive from Montreal city center.

We tried on several occasion to get coffee at the coffee shop down stairs without success, it was either close or the waiters were too busy doing something to take our orders (last day)

The surroundings was OK and the apartment looked nice in the old photos.

There was no key at place it was supposed to be and the host could only write in French. Apparently it was at the nearby café which actually was closed but we were lucky that there was still an employee there that could give us the key. The place was not cleaned properly, hair in the shower on the floor and linen! There crumbs by the toaster and the plates and cutlery wasn't really clean. When writing to the host about this all I got was "I'm sorry" no refund or anything was offered! There were 2 double beds and an alcove for a child but no way 3 adults could sleep in 3 separate beds as promised. The place is old and in a bad shape.

The area around the Auberge was very picturesque and the view of the church was from the Cappucino room was lovely. The furnishings were eclectic and interesting, and made the room feel cozy and welcoming. The cafe next door was excellent and very affordable (the staff were friendly and all spoke english). Excellent housekeeping. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The settings on the TV were such that I had difficulty finding an english-language television channel. There are no english instructions provided for the use of the facility, although translation software on a smartphone is sufficient to help. The A/C is located in the main room, not the bedroom, so the bedroom door needed to remain open all night to stay cool.
