"My japanese husband likes it so i will agree with him. The price is not cheap nor expensive t hough."

The costumer service is very fast to solve our problem and there is english too. The cleaniness is ok for me.

The bath tab is small than i expected to be. A little bit small room if you have more than 3people to stay. Noisy from another room & we are in the ground floor so we hear cars and people talking in the front desk. They told us that it have tablet inside the room to check the wifi password but we cant find it! There is no free good/utility for kids even i told them i have 4 kids with me.

子連れで利用しました。博多駅からは少し距離があります。博多口からタクシーで1000円ちょっとです。無人のチェックインなので手続きが不安でしたが、複雑ではなく分かりやすいものでした。滞在の3日前に説明が記載されたメッセージが届きました。部屋は掃除が良く行き届いており快適に過ごすことができました。すぐ近くにコンビニもあります。マイナス点は無人なのでアーリーチェックインや荷物を預けるということができなかったことと、チェックインの手続きでスタッフと電話で確認をするプロセスがあるのですが、挨拶もなくこちらの名前を聞いて確認ができたら一方的に切るという感じの悪い対応でした。これらを除けば非常によく、また利用したいと思える部屋でした。

Nice quiet place and has enough space to fit 6. Bathroom and toilet are clean and with drying function. Love the room design. Very convenient to buy daily needs as 7-11 is right 3min walk.

Sofa was too soft and with too many pillows. A bit far going to Hakata about 15min.
