"Comfortable, Good Facilities and Very Good Value"

I staying here for 4 nights and overall found Grand Base Hakata City quite comfortable. The bathroom is excellent. The beds I found comfortable. The check in process easy. And the access codes also easy. A 7-11 is 100m away. The room was also very clean.

スムーズにチェックインでき、施設内も清潔感があり、とても過ごしやすかったです。ただ、バスタオルありと記載があったのですが、人数分はなかったのが残念でした。また機会があれば利用させて頂きます！

施設に関しては予想以上で満足でした。リピートすると思います。 ただし、チェックイン方法等のメールがされたか不明で、現地より電話して対応し施設に入るまで30分近く費やしてしまいました。 その点だけ残念でした。
