"Excellent à part la connexion internet."

Emplacement au bord de mer, proximité de la ville et place de parking assuré

Pas d'internet. La borne WiFi n'est pas connecté à Internet. J'ai appelé une première fois le support 24/24 qui devait me rappeler mais ne l'a pas fait. J'ai appelé une deuxième fois et je suis tombé sur le SPA de l'hôtel de Torquay qui ne pouvait pas régler mon problème. Bref pas d'internet via le WiFi pendant tout le séjour.

Location is fabulous right on the beach and a short stroll into the town centre. Rooms met the brief and was tidy.

I came to Falmouth for a conference , The room had no mobile coverage inside the unit, and the internet was not working (nor did they give details of the WiFi SSID to connect to. I made contact on the 2nd day to enquire on getting the internet working and response was they would send someone around, contacted them day 3 (had work to do) when someone acknowledged that it was unavailable at the time and they'd see what compensation could be offered - no response. It met 1 of my criteria (close to town) but made it impossible to travel for work - and could have been highlighted prior to my stay. Disappointing

location perfect by the sea ,walk into town in 10 minutes ,10 mins walk to the train station ,parking free on site

some furniture shabby with damage to tables and tv stand but clean the keypad very difficult to get into
