Check in process was not good. Email sent to get inside is not clear . could not check in some other tenents came right time to help us.

チェックアウトの時、タブレットが初期化されており手続き出来なかった。子供達が電源をあたったかもしれないので、手続き出来なかったこと申し訳なく思う。

"爛透了，房間超髒"

大概只有門口有免費停車位這點

booking 上給的入住地址完全錯誤，是隔壁一條街鐵路旁的棟舊公寓，Google map上找的也是不對的，是剛好在附近找看到門口那個超不明顯的logo才找到 1.冷氣完全不冷，自行打開濾網裡面完全沒清理過，如附圖 清理後才稍微有涼的感覺 2.洗衣機也是完全沒清理，先洗了一次衣服發現整個衣服都發黴的味道，裡面的的濾網整個都是發霉的，還特地跑一趟超市買除味的洗衣球回來洗衣服才乾淨 3.房間裏面蚊子超多，就是找不到哪裡進來的，全家大小一個晚上被叮超級多胞，更正不是蚊子是跳蚤

La comodità dell'appartamento e i servizi che offriva La dimensione per la possibilità di avere spazi dove mettere le proprie cose

Forse da migliorare: poco chiaro per gli stranieri: il messaggio via booking per il check-in non faceva capire bene il codice per entrare nella struttura. Il termostato per l'acqua calda non avendo Istruzioni in inglese non era molto comprensibile
