"Very good except WiFi"

Wi fi still not working after 6 days. Totally unacceptable. This issue should have been fixed within 24 hours for a concern this large.

Mostly the WiFi not working Everything else is very good price is great

My son left 4 shirts in the closet, when we realized he had left them,(the same day we checked out) we called to let them know. We went back to the hotel to get the shirts and they didn’t have them. These were expensive personalized bowling shirts with his name on the back. How do they not find 4 shirts???
