The staff was really nice and the room was comfortable

We had been placed in a room under where they were doing construction and they did not let us know that it would be right above us waking my little one and myself up early in the morning and there happened to be a whole high school that was staying there the night we were and they took over the whole swimming pool when me and my son were trying to swim and they were being very loud and obnoxious and it ruined our whole experience taking my baby swimming which was supposed to be a fun and enjoyable experience but the whole group of boys completely ruined it and had no regard for who was in there and also we got put in a room that cost less and still paid the price for the room with the kitchenette just overall not happy with the experience it was a vacation night out for me and my boyfriend and my son and was supposed to be relaxing and it was the very opposite of that.

"Not cleaned water not working properly in the jacuzzi rooms"

I loved that they finally redid the pool

Prior to arriving staff was short. Waited for room to be clean. Got to my room an the jacuzzi in my room barely worked the water literally dripped out to fill up. Plus there was a bunch of hair wrapped up where the water drained. Behind the dresser was 3 diffrent pieces of clothing that was left there oneof the items was role play clothing. I just find that so disgusting that the rooms couldn’t be properly cleaned and I hope they can get that hot tub water fixed oh and my tv remote didn’t work they had to bring me another one

"This was a horrible experience."

Bed was comfortable.TV did not work, staff onsite said there was nothing they could do. No wi-fi, it was "having problems". If I'd known these before checking I'd have gone elsewhere. I've stayed in a lot of La Quinta properties - this will be the last one. Never again.

Wi-fi working, TV working, competent staff.
