Riad Ambre et Jasmin

In dieser Unterkunft hat mir wirklich alles gefallen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – Zakarias und Redouane waren stets aufmerksam und herzlich, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt hat. Dadurch wurde der Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, abwechslungsreich und mit viel Liebe zubereitet – hier findet wirklich jeder etwas nach seinem Geschmack. Die Lage ist ideal und sehr zentral, sodass man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Für mich hätte es kein besseres Riad geben können. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Einziger Kritikpunkt war das WLAN. Laut Beschreibung wird Highspeed-Internet angeboten, allerdings hat die Verbindung im Zimmer kaum funktioniert und war insgesamt sehr schwach. Teilweise hatten Restaurants und Cafés in der Umgebung eine deutlich bessere Internetverbindung.

Redouane is a plus for this riad, so kind and helpful at all hours. He even accompanied us to the taxi station during the night. Also the other staff was very good, housekeeping cleaned daily so coming from a long day exploring everything was just as when we checked in.

The pool/jacuzzi would be nice during the whole year. We where there in february and it was really warm. Our shower was a fixed overhead rain shower with no handheld attachment, less practical.

La struttura era pulita e accogliente, il personale molto cordiale e disponibile, posizione comoda nella Medina.

Colazione poco abbondante, umidità nella stanza.

Per quanto riguarda la colazione, ottima colazione marocchina. Fresca, essendo in un read non è il periodo migliore per mangiare all’esterno, però anche per quanto riguarda la pioggia il read è coperto. L’unica pecca è la posizione dentro nelle mura, ma un pochino fuori è un read consigliato se non si hanno problemi di fare 800/1000 metri per arrivare in piazza.

The riad is charming; beautifully and authentically decorated. The rooms are very special and well-equipped in every way. Mustafa and Zakaria go out of their way to be helpful and considerate to their guests. The quiet time between 10pm and 8am is welcome after the souk which is bursting with life, colour and noise. I would definitely recommend this riad to friends and sincerely hope to visit again.

A localização não era a melhor

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura durante il nostro viaggio in Marocco e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. Zakaria e Mustafa sono stati due host eccellenti: sempre gentili, educati e rispettosi, presenti quando serviva ma mai invadenti. La struttura è molto pulita, ben organizzata e curata. Un grande punto a favore è la posizione: leggermente defilata rispetto al caos dei souk più trafficati, quindi perfetta per riposare la sera e godersi una maggiore tranquillità notturna. Allo stesso tempo, nelle vicinanze ci sono tutti i comfort e i servizi utili (negozi, bar/ristoranti, tutto ciò che serve per muoversi con comodità). Ottima anche la posizione per visitare la città a piedi: le principali attrazioni della medina sono raggiungibili in circa 20 minuti, Jemaa El-Fnaa e i palazzi storici sono vicini, e i Giardini di Majorelle distano circa 15 minuti a piedi. Consigliatissimo.

Rapport qualité/prix parfait ! Le personnel aux petits soins. Un grand merci à Zakaria et Mustapha pour leur gentillesse et leurs attentions. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et excellent, différent chaque matin. La chambre était très agréable. Nous regrettons juste de ne pas avoir pu profiter de la terrasse, très jolie et bien aménagée, à cause du temps. Nous recommandons vivement !
