A range of pluses! Excellent courteous staff - easily contactable before we came, ready to assist when you arrived; also assisted by making breakfast early so we could go off on a day tour (breakfast starts at 8:00am otherwise) Lovely breakfast - nothing spectacular but does the job and we were happy with the tea and coffee and means to fill up the belly before a day's outing! Excellent location! Right in the medina, <5 minute walk to a main road (easily accessible by cars/taxis) - search Bab Doukkala Pharmacie, 10 minute walk from the Ben Youssef Madrasa, and 20 minutes walk through the souks to the Jemaa square. You may find it tricky to get to the hotel the first time, so just make sure you have google maps handy or at least a print off of the area from the pharmacy to the hotel. Once you are used to the route, it's very easy.

One minor issue - the front door to the Riad is locked and in order to get in, at least to my knowledge, you need a member of staff to be there. Every time we came back, whatever time of day it was, we needed to knock on said door. I would recommend the hotel coming up with a solution to this problem, as we felt guilty coming back at 11pm from a desert tour, but had no other option and many travelers are going to do this.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. De kamer was schoon en heerlijk koel. De hele Riad straalt een mooie sfeer uit, zo ook de kamer, patio en het dakterras. Personeel erg vriendelijk, warm welkom met een Marokkaans theetje. Diner was lekker en het ontbijt ook.

Super Aufenthalt in Marrakesch! Der Service war top, besonders Mustafa – er hat mich bei der Ankunft abgeholt und der Check-in war schnell und unkompliziert. Alles lief entspannt und reibungslos. Klare Empfehlung, ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

The hotel location was excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful specially Zekeria and Mostafa They even carried our luggage without us asking. The breakfast was good.

You only need to walk through a few minutes of narrow, cramped streets to get to the center. This isn't a big problem since it's a short walk.

The staff are very nice especially Zakarya. He was very helpful and accommodating.

Un sitio estupendo. Muy acogedor, tranquilo y bien situado. La terraza es perfecta para tomar un té al atardecer. Todo el staff te hace sentir como en casa, y Zakaria es un magnífico anfitrión. Para repetir, sin duda.

No hay ningún detalle para destacar. Es acogedor y perfecto para estar una estancia media corta, nosotros estuvimos con mi pareja 4 dias. Repetiremos sin dudas
