Hotel Limacpampa

El personal es amable, pero la habitación que nos tocó tenía la cama más dura del mundo, al parecer de las tuberías del baño salía mal olor, no tiene cortinas blackout y había mucha claridad en la habituación. Apagan el calentador en la noche y cuando queríamos bañarnos de madrugada para irnos a un tour temprano el agua estaba fría. Nos cambiaron de habitación y al menos no tenía el mal olor, pero la cama seguía siendo incómoda. No volvemos. No tiene aire acondicionado y como no puedes abrir las ventanas, se siente sofocante aunque la temperatura esté fría.

This hotel is a terrific value - clean rooms with updated bathrooms - a great breakfast, good location, and excellent service.

I was pleasantly surprised with the room size. The rooms were huge and very well maintained. Staffs were very welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. Location was very convenient with historic places and lots of restaurants in walkable distance.

Good location Sandro makes good eggs and he is very polite

The breakfast is really the minimum Although Sandro makes nice eggs The beds were comfortable. The pillows are very small. The blankets are very good to keep us warm at night. When we arrived the room I booked was taken because they oversold. We were given a small room with no windows. The second night we were moved to a better room but still not the one I wanted. And they charged us full even though they said we were going to get a better rate for the problem.

In a central location with easy walking to points of interest. It overlooked a square but with secondary glazing there was no noise. Large room with comfortable beds and good duvets. Buffet breakfast was vg.

Hot water occasionally cut out but once reported it seemed to be an easy fix and hot water was instant

Place was conviently located. Excellent restaurants nearby. Close to main square. Room was huge and clean. Id stay again for sure

Male receptionist was super friendly, female receptionist was terribly unfriendly. Refused to make new pot of coffee for our breakfast and said we should water the rest down. She also asked us to leave at 9:30am with our 3 kids just because we passed check out time. The hotel was not fully booked at all, no reason to be so unfriendly just because we passed an unusual early check out time.

The staff were polite and pleasant. Generous breakfast and delicious. Big issue was that there was no water around midnight the toilet wasn’t flushing and we went to front desk and they were of no help. We were concerned whether we could use the bathroom and shower- 4 of us. Finally we were able to get water around 4 am

Best Wi-Fi by far. Bed was comfy and room was extremely clean. We felt very safe in Cusco but regardless, the front door was always locked.
