Amazing views, great hospitality, gigantic house, great pool.

You cannot do anything without the car. The property is on a very steep hill and walking down or up this hill is not for everyone.

Alexia (host) was very kind at the beginning but when an issue appeared she didn’t handle it properly, as she should for the luxurious resort they pretend to be. In the whole appartement, there is only an aircon in the bedroom, which smelled like there was a dead animal inside, so it was impossible to use. We reported it on the first day immediately, and she did not reply for the whole day. The day after, they tried to fix it, but without result, and when we reported it again, she offered us 2 free drinks, while we slept in an apartment with a baby, which was unbearably hot. The outside temperature was 35+ degrees, and inside it was almost the same. Both us and our baby had very bad nights because of this, and it affected our stay in a very negative way. When we asked for a proper solution, she did not came up with something appropriate. Next to the fact that the apartment was extremely hot, there are only see through white curtains, which means íf you are able to sleep in the extremely hot and sweaty conditions, you wake up at 5 am. Very, very disappointing

The property is a really nice and clean boutique hotel with ocean views on certain rooms and nice friendly hosts. Nice decoration and quiet rooms.

The property is 3 km from Santa teresa center so there is nothing where the property is located except for the beach and a beach bar exactly below the property when you cross the road.. In addition in order to reach the property you need to climb 300 m of awful steely hill almost vertical on the road which is a pain. The rooms are very small and the bathroom a bit smelly from mold. The swimming pool also very small. If you don’t have transportation consider it twice.

First the smell, the quality of the fourniture, everything look old…fridge, mirror,doors, windows, it look like they put a tons of white painting on everything to look clean but….in fact the price go with the place but not the numbers of the stars on booking, the picture is not justice, to nice for what we receive. Maybe it’s the way it note,5 stars should represent luxury and design, view.I understand service is very important and this not your problem, people were nice.

Beautiful modern room. Great deck. Large shower. Very friendly helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.

No fridge in room. No ice machine. And the biggest issue is the absolute incredible hill you have to tackle to get in and out of there. Need to mention that you need to rent ATV if you’re there for >2days, or rent 4x4 or be incredible athlete. It’s a 40 deg grade I’d guess.
