Bugs. Bugs in each room I tried to stay in. Ultimately had to get a room at Embassy in downtown. Then the phones were down and couldn’t get a refund from booking.

"Waiting for a response sent two weeks ago!"

We were scheduled to leave on Monday, 10/27, after visiting our granddaughter at Alabama. Due to a change in her schedule, we thought we could leave on that Sunday, 10/26. We even asked what time was late checkout, because we were going to church Sunday morning with her. When we checked out on Sunday, I was told that we would be still charged for the night of the 26th, since the reservation had been made by a "third party." This seemed absurd, because in all our travels we have never been charged for checking out early. I've written to Booking.com and have yet to hear from them. Since you have asked, I would still like a refund for the night we didn't stay, and I will gladly change my ranking and give you a much better rating than I intend to give. Now you might want to respond to the feelings about this situation, since i have not heard from you. And I've used you several times in the last year!
