"Great staff, clean, great stay"

Great size rooms. Staff very nice and friendly. Indoor pool away from rooms (great because it can get loud) and the pool was clean. Love that the pool area had a shower to rinse off. My stay was for my daughter slumber party. Ik it got noisy at times but no complaints from other visitors/staff.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. That's where the good news ends. We had no hot water in our room. Maintenance was sent to fix it and the next time we went to shower, the water was even colder than before. We had limited time to see our son at the university and this issue wreaked havoc on our plans. Very disappointing. We had very limited time to shower and get back to the campus for dinner and we blew the timeframe becasue we had to change rooms in order to shower. AND the price gouging!!! $1,000 per night!!!!! I better have hot water for $1,000 per night!!! We received a credit for the 2 drinks we had at the bar. That was their compensation for ruining our parent's weekend. Disappointing and unacceptable.

Stay here almost every time in Tuscaloosa for work. Convenient location, nice rooms, love the kitchenette on longer trips, makes it easier to buy groceries instead of fast food.

"It wasn’t the worst we ever stayed in but it wasn’t worth what we paid for the stay."

It was clean. Breakfast was good.

The dead bolt would not lock on our room door. Maintanence was unable to fix it. The water was never hot in the shower. The door stop on the bathroom door was missing so the bathroom door kept banging into the glass shower door. The shower was one of those half glass, half open types so that didn’t help the shower situation with tepid water temperature. The mattress felt like it needed to be replaced. It was too soft and worn.
