"Horrible experience and Unsafe"

I was charged $30 extra to check in before 3pm. I was even given a room key. She said it was lost. The telephone in the room didn't even have a cord so it didn't work. There was blood on one bed and the other before had so much old piss on it I sat on it and my jeans smelled like pee. I had to ask for towels face cloth soap etc. And the ice machine was broken. I told to lady at the front desk and she was so rude. I just wanted the extra $30 I was charged 😪
