깔끔하고 인데리어도 현대적 감각과 한국적 분위기가 어우러져 좋은 느낌을 주었고, 조식 뷔페의 질이 매우 높았습니다.

로비 프론트접수 공간배치가 매우 어수선하고 비좁습니다. 호텔내 부대 시설이 좋으나 좀 더 공간이 넓고 다양한 콘텐츠가 있으면 좋을 거 같습니다.

とても広く新しいお部屋で快適でした。スタッフの方もみなさん親切でした。 部屋もハイテクで子どもが喜んでいました。地下鉄の駅すぐなので行動しやすいです。

The selection for breakfast is great. and the room is very nice

The check in procedure takes super long. Even after 4 pm, not all of our room are ready. When we came back at night to pick up our room keys, the duty manager is not aware we still don't have the room keys, and they also have no idea that which room keys were given, which were not. At this price point, this is not acceptable.
