Very nice property, good location, comfortable bed, good cafe in hotel, all staff were very helpful and immediately tended to my needs before even asking like helping me find out what direction to go

The spa was hard to get in touch with, I called several times

Situé à Guangnam district, voici un hôtel très agréable, service parfait, chambre et literie très confortables, personnel accueillant. Un petit déjeuner incroyable, copieux et de très grande qualité.

"Overall the stay at Andaz was great."

Your staff were amazing, they are v helpful in particular I had a female staff i think her name is Miriz (sorry i cant spell it) she was fantastic, helping me organise a car and driver to Museum San which I really wanted to go. And with a lot of consideration who the driver is for my safety, I really appreciate her thoughtfulness. So a big special shoutout to her. Pls let me know her name. Overall my stay at Andaz was amazing. Thank you.

객실 청소를 오전에 하니까 주변 걷고 들어와서 샤워 하고 나가야 하는 데 두번아나 청소 끝나길 기다렸네요.호텔 방침인지 모르겟는 데 조금 불편했어요.

Хороший отель, шикарный завтрак. Вся семья нашла для себя любимые блюда. Корейская часть завтрака вкусная, не острая. Отель хорошо расположен, нет суеты и толпы туристов. На такси 10-20 мин до всех точек туристических. Напротив отеля торговый центр honday. В нем тяжелый люкс. А в самом низу есть фуд кор просто супер место пообедать или ужинать. Так же есть супер маркет и рынок на этом этаже.

아침식사나 시설이용 직원 칠절도는 우수했습니다. 커피도 조식 먹고 takeaway 해주시고 감사했네요. 주차도 편하고 주변의 인프라도 아주 우수했어요.

방음이 좀 약해요. 지난 번 묵었을 때는 몰랐는데, 복도에서 이야기 하는 소리가 다 들립니다. 방 위치가 고가도로 쪽이라 소음이 아주 취약하네요. 많이 씨끄러운 편입니다.
