Beautiful hotel, specifically loved the bathroom. Stayed in a suite on the third floor and got a rollaway bed for a third person. Also enjoyed the breakfast buffet options as well. Housekeeping was perfect and I enjoyed the amenities. I really appreciated Joseph Park, who helped me throughout our stay at the hotel. He was very welcoming and personally tried to help us solve our problems with getting cash.

I stayed at the Andaz on my last night of a long vacation in Japan/South Korea and it was the perfect way to end my trip. The location is unbeatable, there's a Blue Bottle coffee shop (one of my favorites) basically in the building. The bed was super comfortable, the room was pin quiet which was great for catching up on my sleep, and all the amenities in the room were lovely. The Byredo products were amazing!

This stay at Andaz Seoul exceeded expectations across the board. On arrival, I lost my wallet in a taxi, and the hotel team immediately stepped in and successfully helped recover it. That alone set the tone, but the service only got better from there. Every interaction was excellent—from the front desk to bell staff to concierge. Attentive, proactive, and genuinely service-oriented. As a Globalist, I was upgraded to a 1 King Bed Premium room, and the experience felt premium end to end. The room was spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with a generous welcome of Korean snacks and wine that felt personal, not transactional. The gym and sauna are modern, clean, and well maintained—solid amenities that actually deliver. Breakfast was a standout surprise. It was significantly better than I remembered from my 2023 stay. To be candid, I stayed here in 2023 and was not impressed. The hotel felt average at best, and the service lacked warmth. I wasn’t planning to return. This visit was purely out of convenience for a short 2-night, 3-day trip—but I’m very glad I did. The difference this time was night and day. Andaz Seoul has clearly leveled up. I’ll absolutely be back and will likely make this my go-to home base whenever I’m in Seoul.
