Hotel is very convenient, directly connected to Abgujeong station . Clean big room . Stuff was very friendly, especially the porter man ( I don’t remember his name but he is not Korean, maybe from Middle East or Kazakhstan? Sorry ). I stayed here 3 times, and he remembered me. He is exceptional.

Love andaz hotels. Seoul is no exception maybe a bit more as the team is super courteous and considerate. Food is delicious and location is spot on for access to great restaurants and shopping.

This is the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in Seoul. This hotel is not clean and the service is horrible. There was a cockroach on the washroom floor, the room number was 1010. They did manage to change my room but initially my room was far from the elevator and they placed me in a room close to the elevator. When I asked for food delivery assistance, it was literally impossible. I asked for an English speaking staff and they transferred me to someone that doesn’t speak English. I waited on the line for a long time and then I went to the front desk in the end. They discouraged me to order even when I was willing to pay for the surcharges. This whole conversation took over 30 minutes and no one at the reception offered any assistance. I have stayed at so many hotels in Seoul, not once was I rejected and treated like this before. When I checked out of the hotel, when they asked me how was my stay, when I said it was not great, there was no response from them but just silent treatment, as if they weren’t even listening to what I was saying. For this price range, there are so many hotels that offer better rooms with good hygiene and better service.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! A special shout-out to Andrew, who reached out prior to my arrival and went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience when I first entered my room—it made such a difference. The dining experience was equally impressive. Honestly, the breakfast was one of the best of all the Hyatt properties I have experienced thus far. Eddy was easily the best staff member; he gave me such an awesome welcome during my first breakfast and made sure my last breakfast left a truly lasting impression. From the incredible staff to the excellent rooms, I highly recommend staying here. I can't wait to come back!

The service was exceptional! It was very friendly, professional but most importantly, genuine and warm. I have stayed at numerous properties around the world, most of them high end and none can match the one provided at this property. The hotel is very well kept and in an excellent location. Beyond impressed and surprised how much we enjoyed our stay.

If you're traveling to Seoul this place is a true gem. Located in the heart of Gangnam, you can easily access all the destinations in few subway stops away. Atmosphere compared to Park Hyatt is more vibrant and lively, symbolizing the energy of Apgujeong. Rooms are clean and well maintained and spa & gym had been the best one I've been to during various hotel stays in Seoul. Breakfast here is amazing as well, featuring western and Korean style breakfast items, which helps you get up in the morning to power through the jet lag. What truly made my experience exceptional had been staffs here at Andaz. From the front office staffs to concierge, they remembered me from last year's stay and greeted me with such welcome. Making this place a no brainer for the future stay when visiting Seoul.

Friendly, accommodating, super efficient staff. Spacious rooms, awesome facilities and central location. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nothing to say here. I loved my Andaz Gangnam experience.

I was a bit taken aback (and given no other reviews mention it, maybe I’m an odd duck), but at a certain class level in a big city with a premium brand like Andaz, one has certain base expectations for hotel rooms. I booked a premium room which has “city views,” but that definition is stretching it quite a bit. There’s maybe a small window - maybe 18 inches wide that will get you natural sunlight. For people who prefer blackout rooms, this is probably great. For people like me who need natural lighting to adjust to jet lag, this is terrible. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t let the right side blinds go up (they are locked in place) - maybe something to do with the shower being there. All in all, very disappointed.

Terrific experience, many thanks to Andrew Bae and team, including Jason / Joshua (looks like BTS member)-- most likely name was Jason and really helped us when we were changing rooms, Kelvin and Jae. Look forward to coming back.
