Back to Seoul Andaz after a few years. noticed several improvement efforts across the board for guest experience. Location is great, easy access to different parts of Seoul. Will definitely come back more often.

I recently returned to Korea for the first time in over a decade, and staying at the Andaz in Gangnam made the trip incredibly special for my family. Traveling with a two-year-old can be unpredictable, but the team at the hotel made the entire experience feel effortless and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, everyone on staff was warm, supportive, and genuinely kind. I especially want to give a shoutout to Abo, Judy Choi, Paul, and Jeanna. There were many other members whose names I cannot remember. They truly elevated our stay and turned what could have been a standard hotel visit into something memorable. Traveling with a toddler means things aren’t always quiet or perfectly planned, and there were moments when my little one was a bit noisy. Instead of making us feel uncomfortable, they were incredibly understanding and accommodating. That kind of patience and kindness goes a long way when you’re traveling as a parent. What stood out most were the small gestures. Whether it was lending a hand with my luggage, helping us find something as simple as a fork, or just checking in to make sure we were doing okay with a toddler in tow — those moments mattered. You could tell the kindness was genuine, not forced or scripted. It’s rare to come across people who are both professional and sincerely warm, but that’s exactly what we experienced here. Because of them, our return trip to Korea became even more meaningful. Thank you again to Abo, Judy, Paul, and Jeanna for making our family feel so welcome. We’ll definitely remember this stay.

Everything was exceptional and beyond expectations at this superbly located and beautifully appointed hotel. Quiet efficiency and stylish service made this one of our favourite hotel stays ever. Huge thanks to the lovely staff who welcomed us and helped us feel so at home, even on such a short stay

The Andaz is a wonderful hotel with exceptional service. The location is around food and many other services. Hotel sits upon a subway station making it very easy to get around. Good internet, plenty of charging ports, outlets, robes and slippers. Only negative was that the hotel did not have a microwave.
