"The stay was good. It was clean and comfortable but the house keeping is not up to par"

Clean

They did not clean our room and when they did come we were in the shower and I asked if they could come right back and she said no. Trash and towels piled up everywhere. They have a every other day policy but we got there Friday and no one came until Sunday and refused to clean

"Lack of Breakfast"

The rooms were comfortable and the location is great

Breakfast was not good. There are not too many options. Also, the breakfast was empty at 9:30 am. I didn't get to eat anything, though breakfast time was 7 - 10 am. It seems like breakfast is first come, first serve, and if it is over in 30 min, that's that for breakfast.

"Never again!"

I stayed in the hotel for three nights and asked for a light for my bathroom vanity and not a single person came to fix it. When I asked to just be switched to another room, they lied to me and said that they were sold out. Terrible service. On top of that, they never served breakfast one day. I won't stay again!!
