Bit shabby

Lovely victorian hotel within walking distance of beach and shopping

Have a relaxing long weekend here. I would go back again 😊

The room was large, clean and comfortable if a little in need of redecoration. The food on offer in the restaurant was good and breakfast was very good. Service at both was as good as it gets.

Good breakfast. Bed far too firm for us. Noise from lift.

We had a great stay here although we had one issue, there was advertised off-road parking. This was limited but there are plenty of good car parks locally

Great hotel in a lovely location. The hotel staff are polite, courteous and friendly. Rooms are comfy but you need an upgrade for a view. Breakfast was excellent and a warm welcome from the staff. Parking is a bit limited and with narrow bays door knocks may be an issue but overall this is a great place to spend a break in Llandudno.

The hotel is in a convenient position of the town. The room was upgraded to a premier,i was not impressed with the noice from the bin lorrys emptying the bins at 3am,or the fact there was a lot of noice from the stairs early morning. Also i dont agree with the 10% discretion fee added to the bill when checking out,this should be a maximum 5%.
