Room was originally disappointing, but once we pointed out mattress frame had collapsed and room smelt of drains the immediately moved us and upgraded to a lovely room on the front. Fantastic service and room .

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Go to Llandudno a couple of times a year and our first time in this hotel. I can honestly say that it made our break better this time. The service and the staff were brilliant. Every staff member couldn’t do enough for you and were really friendly and welcoming. Really look forward to staying there later in the year for partners birthday.
