The location is amazing and the staff was really nice but they didn’t offer the late checkout i was looking for and they pressured me to leave the room because they were overbooked i guess but in overall is amazing i recommend the little nell or st regis better but if you want to save money and have similar experience book the W

We stayed Valentines weekend during major snowstorms. On our drive into Aspen we wrecked our car after hitting ice and were stranded. Their car service team rescued us and the entire staff truly cared we made it in ok. We can't thank everyone enough for everything they did to make our stay amazing. From the concierge team (Francis) who arranged items for my husbands birthday. To again all the staff who assisted us in our time of need. We will always pick W Aspen as our hotel of choice when staying in Aspen.

"Great location, friendly service, tasty food"

We enjoyed 3 nights at W Aspen. Our stay began with a complementary luxury SUV ride from the airport with a friendly driver that didn’t seem to mind that our flight was delayed. We enjoyed the rooftop hot tub on the first night. Daily breakfast (included in our room rate) was substantial and tasty. Location is perfect within 50 yards of the Aspen mountain gondola. We were able to walk to great restaurants in downtown Aspen within 10 minutes. I’ve stayed at the St. Regis and the Limelight in the past and consider W the best value. We’re looking forward to a return trip.

Amazing, great walking distance from everything, amazing 24hr hot tub on rooftop, super friendly and attentive staff and great ambience from the moment you walk in. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Location was great. Did not have the breakfast.

Price, too many resort fees. Price of hotel went up considerably once all taxes and resort fees were included. There was no daily parking. Had to use valet or park blocks away if you could find street parking.
