Gorgeous Condos Near French Quarter

Very nice location - close to business district, french quarter and superdome. The building is old and the condos hastily flipped - the stick on flooring is coming up in multiple places and the road noise through closed windows is quite loud, even on the 6th floor.

Very near to airport bus stop. 5 _10 minutes walk to the main street

Wonderful location to explore the nearby French Quarter! A strolly station is directly on the side of the building and it is only one block to Canal Street with even more trollies. It's an older building, but it has all you need: game room, elevators, secured entrance. The apartment has been well equipped with coffee maker, toaster, water kettle, huge fridge - a full kitchen. Internet connection was stable.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the property. There was an incident with my door code but that was resolved. Other than that I found property staff to be very responsive and accommodating. I would certainly recommend anyone stay here if possible and I would rebook anytime I'm in NOLA.

We showed up 05/05 Evning…. As soon as we open the entrance door a smell hit … looked really dirty… once on elevator which working order was quite scary we made it to our floor… once there… smell even worse… got to room and just simply decided to leave…. Booked another hotel… I saved up 2 months for this trip with the wife and so disappointed…. 800 dollars I paid for this snd stayed 10 minutes… not yo mention the 100 on parking I did not use…. Can only wish I would hzve known the condition of the complex before booking!!… never again!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condos. They were very clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was nice. Having a washer and dryer was a nice touch. The French Quarter was a short walk away. The internet worked well. I would stay here again.

First of all great location. Secondly, a few kinks in the stay like broken dryer door, & not enough blankets, weird shower setup. But that’s kind of minor. Other than that quiet place yet in the middle of everything.

The space was large and had a nice kitchen. However, the carpets were stained, and several floor tiles were damaged causing a few stubbed toes. The master bedroom’s door to the patio was difficult to close completely. The beds were a bit hard but not uncomfortable. The code for the game room door didn’t work, but we didn’t have much time to use it anyway. Definitely not as nice as a hotel, but then you aren’t paying hotel prices either. Overall, it was good enough and suited out needs.

great, comfortable apartment style hotel great for the price safe and secure small walk to most places paid parking right across the street.
