Gorgeous Condos Near French Quarter

THE LOCTION WHERE WE WERE AT WAS BEAUTIFUL AN STAYED ON THE 4TH FLOOR AN OVER LOOKED ALL THE BULIDING WINDOW VIEW. CLOSE TO BOURBON AN CANAL ST WE WALKED EVERY WHERE. WE WILL STAY THERE AGAIN

Loation was perfect, walking distance to many places such as the French Quarter, Burbon street, Jackson Square, etc. The condo was nice and spacious. Full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedroom left us with a lot of space. Way better than a cramped hotel room. Building and the area felt safe. Due to proximity to main arteries, we did hear

More than expected. Felt like we had our own little one bedroom apartment in New Orleans! Saved money on food because of the full kitchen. And saved on luggage charges at airport because we washed our clothes and wore them again. Walk to Canal Street, catch the trolley with an all day pass & go anywhere! We will be back, better than any hotel room we have ever had & we have been down there 4 or 5 times. Loved it!!!

Ease of check in-out process, great location and nearby the French quarter. Easy access to public transportation

Pros: beautiful apartment. Great location. Quite area. Cons: definitely needs black out curtains for bedroom.(way too much light in the morning after drinking. Blinds just don’t do the trick. You need something under them. ) Bathroom didn’t have a holder for your soap so you are either holding it the entire time or bending down the other half. WiFi definitely DID NOT WORK the entire time. Network didn’t show up at all. Need better bedding. Sheets came up so easily. They weren’t deep pocket fitted sheets just sheets.

The pros: cheaper than most other properties in the same location. Washer/dryer onsuite. Walking distance to Canal St and Superdome. Very responsive management. The cons: one window, looking out at 3 brick walls, literally no natural light. Bedroom has no windows. Very sparse fixtures throughout. No dishcloths. Bed, fold out couch and pillows all extremely uncomfortable. Breaker tripped in middle of the night (no clue why) leaving no light in bathroom. Door lock mechanism glitched at one point and had to be reset. No shelves or storage in shower for personal care items. Short version: you get what you pay for. Just understand in advance what you are getting and set accurate expectations! :)

Nice spacious condo. The furniture was new and everything was clean. The sofa bed was a tight fit for my two teenage boys. Parking was the #1 frustration. The lot across the street is expensive $25 on 2 days, $55 on the last. Got dinged $30 for double parking, my tire crossed out of the small spot, a neighboring car suffered a smash and grab. (These aren't the condo's fault, but they effect the overall enjoyment). The immediate area is meh... But great location, easy to get to and get out of. I would stay there again.

Nice Property, Very Clean And Close To Everything. Literally Can Walk To Bourbon Street

Got dressed for my wedding here. The condo was pretty clean(aside from the dirty windows, which didn’t make for very gorgeous pictures), and comfortable. However, the building was FILTHY and there were issues with the water pressure and elevators while we were there. I attribute it to the fact that it was just super busy in the city during that time.
