No colocación de agua para beber en la habitación

מקום צנוע ונעים. החדר היה לשביעות רצוני מיטה נוחה, חדר נעים, תמורה מלאה לכסף. אבל הכי חשוב זה המיקום הפנטסטי שהמלון נמצא. כמה צעדים ממרכז ההתרחשויות, ניתן להגיע ברגל לכל האטרקציות התיירותיות. יחד עם זה שקט, הרגשתי בטוחה להסתובב בערב בסביבה. אמליץ בהחלט על שהייה שם.

El precio es elevado para lo que ofrecen y olía feo

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has a good "old " style and the outside it's well maintained.

The bed was hard and old, there is no A/C and not even a fan to cool down. The shower head.... well, there is NO shower head, just an old pipe sprinkling some water. You can't bring your toiletries in the shower because there is no place to put them. The room was very noisy and you can hear EVERYTHING what happens in the other rooms.

El hotel agradable, cerca del zocalo de Puebla. En la aplicacion de hoteles.com mencionaba estacionamiento disponible en los servicios ofrecidos por el hotel y en el momento de registrarnos nos dicen que ellos no tienen ese servicio, se les mostro la informacion de la aplicacion y dijeron qur esa knformacion mo es de ellos y que no se hacian responsables. Tuve que pagar 250 pesos en un estacionamiento publico.

Me recibieron con la novedad que estaban por cancelar mi reserva por mi hora de llegada, finalmente la respetaron
