Op de kamer was geen airco maar wel een plafond ventilator en een losse ventilator. Al met al nog erg warm.

Lovely hotel, beautiful area. The staff were really nice and very helpful. A quirky hotel, a really Italian vibe. So close to everything in the old town. It's about a 15 minute taxi from the main train station and a five minute walk to the funicular. The food is absolutely beautiful, highly recommend their pasta dishes. Really good location.

The room had no air conditioning, just a ceiling fan which has literally no cold air. It was extremely warm in the room, so we didn't have a great night's sleep.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was at the top of the hotel and was very small but clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had everything that you would need in it and the water supply was good. The Hotel was in a prime position in the mediaeval old town of Bergamo. This made it very easy for visiting the sites and taking time to sit in the nearby bars and restaurants. The bar and terrace in the hotel were lovely as well as the garden eating area.

As we were in Bergamo during a heat wave, the room was incredibly small and the window was not adequate enough to provide enough ventilation to keep it cool. The Hotel had tried to mitigate this with a ceiling fan and a desktop fan as well. Unfortunately, while we were there this and the very small window were not adequate. The room was stifling and boiling hot at all times.

It was our 2nd time staying here and we loved it. The location is fantastic, right on Piazza Vecchia, and the staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. We also ate dinner in the hotel and the food was superb.

It was very hot in Bergamo, over 30 degrees every day, so the bedrooms would benefit from air conditioning. However, fans were provided which did help.
