Imødekommende personale, rent, fantastisk beliggenhed

Man skal kende hinanden godt, for døren til toilettet kunne ikke lukkes helt, og toilettet befandt sig midt i værelset. Der var ikke håndvask på toilettet. Den var placeret i værelset. Hvilket er er et hygiejnisk problem. Vi bestilte superior dobbelt værelse, fordi billederne viste, at der var balkon. Da vi ankom fik vi at vide, at kun et ud af fire superior værelser havde balkon. Vores værelse havde et lille bitte vindue bag ved toiletvæggen. Dybt skuffende. Vi fik en drink og 30 euro i kompensation, hvilket slet ikke stod mål med forringelsen.

"Super Week end de 4 jours"

Etablissement trés bien situé en bordure du lac de Como. Personnel agréable et à l'écoute du client. Petit déjeuner trés copieux. Possibilité de se garer à proximité de l'hôtel se qui est bien pratique dans ce lieu. Toutes activités sur le lac se situent à 100 métres de l'hôtel. Son restaurant de trés bonne qualité.
