Very frienly staff, very helpfull beautiful person. Comfortable beds and pillows. 1st day breakfast was good, everything available.

We didn't like that we had such a small windows- not the view we got on the booking. We did not like that when we wanted to check in that it was asking us to pay agan. We did not like it the the second morning breakfast was not prepared for us, we had to ask for bread, for juice, for eggs. Staff was very helpfull after asking. And we did not like that we had to pay for taxes again by checking out, should be included.

Can't comment really as we ended up leaving. The problem was we had problems checking in with the automated system and this took a very long time (over an hour) to resolve as no-one was there. This was despite us attempting to check in half an hour earlier than check-in time (2.30pm) while there were still staff in the restaurant to avoid this problem, as the hotel had actually phoned to say there was a problem with the check-in system and we had seen from booking reviews that this was a known issue with the hotel. We live not too far away so for us the best option was to go home rather than wait around in the cold porch feeling annoyed! The hotel were good about processing the refund of our room very quickly given the circumstances. However, the hotel needs to take steps to be more flexible helping clients when their automated system does not work.

Our group of 24, including babies, had a fantastic stay at Peanut Mountain Lodge & Le Communal. The staff, especially Amendine, showcased outstanding professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring our needs were met with the utmost care. The cuisine was a standout, earning unanimous praise from our group for its quality and taste, thanks to the skilled chef. Located just 10 minutes from the ski resort, the lodge offered convenient access to the slopes, making our ski trips effortless and enjoyable. In Summary: Highly recommended for groups seeking a mix of comfort, exceptional service, and easy ski access. A big thank you to the entire lodge team for a memorable stay. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

While our stay was nearly perfect, the addition of a dedicated kids' playroom and babysitting services could significantly enhance the experience for families, ensuring a truly relaxing and worry-free getaway for parents.

Minimalistic but Modern clean room that is a stone throw away from the train station. ( easy access to Champéry via train). Very easy automated check in and out. ( the screen is in French but u can just google translate ) . Very Small bathroom but there is hot water and very clean.

Nothing.. value for money compared to Champery

I liked the sauna Who can be really used alone. The Radiators in our room where not working and they changed us the room suddenly

Location and free indoor parking. Fresh scrambled eggs can be ordered for breakfast.

We have been located on the top floor with drafty window. It was freezing cold and traffic noise can be easily heard at night. Bathroom was tiny and not easy to have a shower inside. Socket came off from the wall and should be fixed for security reasons.
