"Value for money and memorable"

Everything we needed. Comfortable bed, shower, sauna and breakfast included.

There wasn't much on offer for a vegetarian at breakfast.

"We'd stay here again."

The room and facilities were clean and functional.

We chose this hotel because it claimed to cater for vegans. It doesn't. No non-dairy milks, for example.

"Nice hotel in Val dʼIlliez"

Excellent location. Room spacy and comfortable bed.

Automatic check-in worked terribly and there was no answer in the telphone number provided for half an hour. Lounge whch was promised to be opened 24/7 was locked and there was no way to get coffee until the morning. Veriety of selection in breakfast was very poor - no vegetables or muesli.

"Good but noisy"

The Bakery next door was loud and busy all night making sleep very difficult even with ear plugs

"superb location for a sauna"

wonderful little sauna room with a view excellent location. we drove but there’s very easy access by train (100m to station) and a very useful corner shop for supplies. kids bedroom themed and fun

impersonal check in system is efficient but not complexity reliable. helpful staff in bar though.

"We canceled the booking, after 3 hours of waiting to be settled, we’re exhausted."

When we arrived in the property it was a self check-in , sadly the room for us wasn’t cleaned.

Everything was closed, even the owners phone.

"Nice building and restaurant though, but the campervan-like bathroom and seating is a poor choice"

- Location, near train station - Self check-in/out - Forest- and mountain-like decorated corridors - Bar/Restaurant staff and food - Self-freshly pressed juice for breakfast - Alternative selection for breakfast

- Self check-in was a bit confusing and some instructions only in French - Too less parking possibilities - Strange and poor choice of room dispositions - The campervan-like bathroom looks maybe cool but it was so small that it was nearly impossible to fit in and shower, even for a small person! Waste of money. - Any sort of commode/hangers to store/hang clothes was missing - The table in the campervan-like seating area was a bit dangerous and collapsed way too easily - Sauna on the same floor as rooms, bright, widely open and not very suitable to use as textile-free, didn't find any changing area or cooling down place
