Valoramos el esfuerzo en pintura y estética superficial del hotel es llamativa y agradable, pero tiene un problema grave que no se ve a simple vista sino hasta que se hace uso de la estadía, los baños tienen un gran problema de tuberías y el olor era terrible tanto que se sentía en toda la habitación, el aseo es bastante superficial, del cajonero de 3 solo servia 1, en cuanto a zonas comunes muy lindas pero la piscina no se aspiró en dos días viendo el mismo mugre en el fondo, a pesar que no habíamos muchos huéspedes no nos tenían muy en cuenta la verdad … nunca nos preguntaron cómo nos sentíamos en el hotel o buscar nuestro bienestar … preferimos estar por fuera todo el día y no usamos nuestra última noche paga …aunque entendemos que por el valor que pagamos es lo “proporcional” podríamos recomendarlo pero lastimosamente no

Relación precio caledad, excelente Instalaciones muy grandes y comodas. Lo recomiendo

le recomedaria que las señoras que hacen el aseo trabajen me mejor manera porque dejan el aseo de manera muy regular y se molestan por cualquier comentario lo mismo para aseo de piscina y duchas las persona que esta a cargo deberia despegarse del celular.

Beautiful, quiet, nice pool, nice decoration, busy street with restaurants outside but you don’t really hear noise, feels like a little resort.

Muy bien, el hotel tiene colores y temática de la película Encanto, la vista de la habitación me facinó, lo único que no me gustó es que el Sr de la habitación contigua fumaba tabaco en el balcón

La TV no funcionaba la ducha botaba un chorro de agua intermitente

The location was OK for what I was doing there. The staff was great except for one guy with greyish/blondish hair. The fried chicken restaurant in front of the hotel was good. I did not use the pool but it looked great

I had to change rooms because my toilet did not work. I did not like having to wait for the staff to open the gate to the parking area. The need an automatic gate so you dont sit and wait for a while. If you drive there it is annoying. The shower had holes in the plast walls and the shower doors would not close all the way. Also, the hot water did not work for my first 2 days. I stayed durring a holiday and they were painting the floor on a Saturday. I thought that was weird since they should have done it before or after the crowd left.
