The swimming pool was really nice, the colonial style of the communal areas, the customer service

The dated rooms with poor quality mattresses and beds, the lack of hot water in the showers, especially if you have little children, the poor quality of the towels

The price is different from the one in Orbitz when you are there they make you pay taxes that are supposed to be included, it is almost the price of one night, the wifi does not work, it is a lie.

The staff was the best ever.

The breakfast was not international only local.

Muy buen servicio, sirve para ir en plan solo, pareja y familia. Instalaciones en buen estado, varias areas comunes, la piscina en buen estado.

Had pool, good internet, private parking

Location is looks like getto, noisy, pool they said open only till 6pm and cannot use next morning, even if check out time is 12:00 pm, rooms is old, dirty, disgusting, doesn’t match pictures(pictures if photoshopped), smells bad, cold water in shower

Did not have breakfast. Good A/C. Did not try Wi-Fi. large room

no hot water, maybe a little warmer than the cold water faucet.
