I loved how dependable and helpful the staff were during my solo trip, they really made sure I had a great experience and went out of their way to accommodate my requests.

I would have preferred if the rooms had a phone for emergencies and if the property provided some form of fly repellent.

It was a perfect stay in this beautiful hotel. The staff is so kind and helpful. Loved the view and the food in the hotel. I would definetly recommend this hotel if you want a calm and peaceful get away in the North of the Bali.

Sorni is de allerliefste host die 100% voor een goede service gaat. Ze doet er alles aan om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Het ontbijt was heel lekker! Veel keuze en je mocht meerdere dingen op het menu kiezen. Ook de andere zaken in het restaurant waren zeer lekker.

De eerste avond zaten er heel veel kleine vliegende diertjes in de kamer. Maar van zodra ik dit gemeld had, kreeg ik een nieuwe kamer aangeboden.

Teils Recht hohen Zusatz Kosten wie z.b. Cappuccino zum Frühstück extra berechnet wird. Das hatten wir im vorherigen Hotels nicht gehabt. Dabei war diese Unterkunft deutlich teurer als die vorherigen.

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich mit Blumenkranz. Zudem wurde mein Geburtstag sehr feierlich untermalt. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr unterstützend. Die Anlage ist klein aber fein und ich liebte meine Dusche mit Blick zum ruhigen Fluss hin. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Essen schmeckte und ich liebte den Fruchsmoothie. Das Restaurant organisierte mir zudem den perfekten Chauffeur. Die Tour zu den Delfinen startete für mich vor dem Hotel und war einfach toll. Vielen Dank für alles.

Den Plastikmüll am Strand, der jedoch öffentlich ist und das Hotel nichts dafür kann.
