Nalika Beach Resort - Adults Only

De algehele service was perfect! Er werd spontaan een lekker koud watertje geserveerd op de momenten dat je eraan dacht, zonder te bestellen. Al het personeel heeft maar 1 doel, jou de perfecte vakantie bezorgen. Ook voor de extra services zoals scooter huur en wasservice werden zeer goedkoop aangeboden en wordt er volgens mij geen geld op verdient door het hotel zelf. Het ontbijt is geweldig en ook de lunch en diner kaart is top. Je hoeft eigenlijk niet weg. De kamer/bungalow is ook perfect schoon en geen last gehad van muggen. Tot slot ook nog een perfect spot voor de zonsondergang.

Niks, alle verwachtingen werden overtroffen.

The staff are amazing, and the owner even took the time to know who I was and introduce herself. The food was also incredible.

Although the small hotel on the whole was very clean and tidy, there was something living in the roof of my room, as I had to clear droppings in my room 3-4 times a day. The property behind has a Cockerell that crowed throughout the night extremely loudly. Also, the sea is exceptionally loud in room 3 and having the doors shut made no difference, really. I'm fully aware this would be a positive for some. But it was incredibly loud for me.

Amazing staff and very cozy

The place is beautiful. It is a great beach for swimming or enjoying the sunset. One can seamlessly go from relaxing on the beach to the swimming pool or the porch of the room. It is the perfect place to rest. The check-in process was the best I experienced in many years of travelling. The staff goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They have been very helpful with any aspect of our stay. The selection of mocktails is excellent.

Nalika is in an incredible, quiet, beachfront location. The rooms were clean, with a luxurious feel and the pool was perfect for a cooling dip. The easy access to the beach was perfect, and two cleaners came through to keep the beach clean which can be an issue elsewhere in Bali. More importantly for us, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful- from the welcome to the good bye all staff were friendly and went above and beyond for exceptional service. Sorni and Ayu were our servers and were incredibly friendly and helpful, and often were mind readers making sure we had water, drinks or towels whenever needed! The food as well was top notch- Indonesian food was authentic and enjoyable, whilst western dishes were beyond the level you'd expect in Europe as well. Perfect location, wonderful hotel, amazing staff. Im already planning how to get back!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food was also very tasteful. Unfortunately, this did not outweigh the disadvantages.

The bathroom has a partially open roof and has plants. This means that there are always millipedes in the bathroom and we got rid of over a hundred. On the first day we reported it straight away and the bathroom was cleaned and sprayed with a product. The effect fizzled out after a few hours. The hotel sells itself as adult only but the bathroom is only 1.5m from the house next door and as a slatted door separated the bathroom from our room we heard everything that was happening in the house next door, including the children screaming. The beach in front of the house was also often covered in rubbish, but this is due to the area as there is a lot of rubbish lying around. We shortened our stay from 6 to 5 days. The owner told us that a refund is not possible and even though we paid a high price for Bali, over 100 EUR per night, not a single gesture of goodwill was made.
